Welcome to YEA’s skill development platform.

The backbone of any progressive nation is educated and skilled youth in employment. The mandate of the Youth Employment Agency (YEA), established under the Youth Employment Act 2015 (Act 887), is to empower young people through skill training and internship placements. In support of its mandate, the YEA has established this skills development platform to provide young people across Ghana with equitable and unlimited access to skills development opportunities.  The platform hosts skills training modules on several areas, including entrepreneurship, ICT, agriculture, apparel and textiles, sanitation, sports, health, and security services.

The YEA invites all youth, especially those between the ages 15 to 35 years, to enroll for training modules and actively develop employable skills.
